Type: White, naturally semi-sweet wine
Origin and grape variety: Produced in West Georgia, Imereti, Lechkhumi region, from specially selected Tsolikauri grapes of the Tvishi microzone.
Taste Profile: Wine preserves the varietal aroma, expressed by the scent of green apple and peach. The typical acidity is well combined with a velvety, naturally sweet taste.
Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled vegetables and meat, as well as with desserts and fruits.
Barakoni is one of the subsidiaries of “Kvareli Cellar”, which operates in the mountainous region of Georgia, in particular in the Racha area. Since 2015, the company has been producing wines such as: “Khvantchkara”, “Aleksandrouli”, “Tsulikidze’s Tetra”, “Usakhelauri” and “Tvishi”.
Winery Barakoni produces 40 tons of wine per year, which is sold both in the domestic market and abroad.
