This Italo-Portuguese wine is made by blending equal parts of the two varieties: Sangiovese, which gives it freshness and balance, while the Touriga Nacional adds structure and longevity. The production process is followed by their respective winemakers, Andrea Bernardini and Filipa Pizarro. After separate fermentation, the two varieties are blended in Portugal and the wine is aged in mid-sized French oak barrels. This first vintage produced a total of 2.600 bottles
