TERROIR: It is an exclusive selection of vineyards of Rioja Alta and Rioja del Reyno: Vineyards of Ventosa, Zone of Rioja Alta, are Tempranillo vineyards with more than 40 years old of age , planted in vases on poor iron-clay soils with southwest orientation. Vineyards of Medrano, Zone of Rioja Alta, are vineyards of Grenache with more than 30 years old of age, planted in bush on round stones, clay soils, and marked by ferocity . Its reddish colour stands out. Los Molinos, is the other Graciano vineyard, It is a 17 acres vineyard with a heavy, compact calcareous clay soil, 1476 ft high and more than 20 years old.
WINE MAKING : Harvesting takes place at night, it is picked by hand in boxes of 27 lb. The fermentation in troncoconic stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place in French oak barrels 100% of second year and later refining in bottle.

VISUAL: Garnet red with high intensity, clean and bright.
NOSE: Ripe black fruit (blackberries), licorice, prune, incense, sweet wood scents (cinnamon, vanilla), nutmeg and white pepper.
TASTE : Well balanced, structured with generous and mature tannins and a long complex aftertaste.
PAIRING: Goes well with turkey, pork, chargrilled vegetables, black pudding and spicy Asian dishes.
