Corvezzo, Blanc de Blancs – a refreshing, organic, milli-winter Italian sparkling wine from the famous Corvezzo company. Grapes of Glera, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay varieties for wine production are grown in vineyards that practice the principles of organic viticulture, which is confirmed by relevant certificates. The Veneto wine region borders the Adriatic Sea and extends to Lake Garda and Trentino. It is one of the most important wine regions in Italy. Harvesting is done by hand at the end of September and/or beginning of October. To preserve the quality of the wort, pressing is carried out under a pressure of only 1 bar. The juice is fermented and a quiet base wine is obtained. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, also known as “Cuve Close”. It is carried out in a hermetically sealed steel tank, the resulting carbon dioxide remains in the wine. Aging lasts for 60 days. This gives the aroma of sparkling wine a pleasant yeasty note, and the taste becomes creamier.
