“Casa Farive” Prosecco Frizzante, Treviso DOC – dry white pearl (slightly carbonated) wine made from Glera grapes grown in the Treviso province of Prosecco zone. Harvested as the berries reach their optimum maturity, usually in the second decade of September. Harvested grapes are sorted, passed through a press and subjected to the traditional method of vinification for white wines. The finished wine goes through secondary fermentation according to the Sharma method in closed tanks and then bottled. Thanks to its delicate, harmonious, refreshing taste with fruit acidity, sparkling wine will be the perfect aperitif and accompaniment to light snacks.
