STARLINO ROSÉ is an aperitif wine created with Italian grapefruit and lemon peels, herbs and spices. Delicate on the nose with aromas of rose water, plum, cherry and strawberry with traces of grapefruit. A clean, fresh and medium-bodied taste, on the palate it is dry and with soft notes of plum and cherry. A gentle and floral aftertaste with rose petals.
VERMOUTH HAS TURIN ORIGIN
Vermouth was initially used for medicinal purposes; subsequently it became a trendy product in the best bars of Turin and even became a favorite drink of the Savoy court.
OUR DISTILLERY
It was a source of inspiration for the creation of Hotel Starlino. The building is in classic art deco style, an imposing staircase and a magnificent view of the Monviso.
OUR MASTER DISTILLER
The recipe for Hotel Starlino products was created by Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco, both from Turin who have worked at Torino Distillati for more than 20 years. Having accumulated many years of experience in the production of vermouth and aperitifs, the creation of Starlino was an innovative challenge. For Starlino Rosso they developed the technique of aging in ex-bourbon barrels in order to give the vermouth a delicate and spicy taste. For Starlino Rose ‘and Orange wanted to create refreshing and natural products, perfect for mixing with tonic or soda and simply to drink with ice only.
