Negroni
- ANTICA FORMULA ( vermouth) - 30 ml
- CARPANO BITTER - 30 ml
- BLOOM LONDON DRY GIN - 30 ml
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice, and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
Starlino Spritz
- HOTEL STARLINO Aperitivo Orange - 60 ml
- THOMAS HENRY soda water - 30 ml
- BIOLOGICO DE BLANCS - 90 ml
Espresso Martini
- 50ml Mont Blanc Vodka
- 25ml Caffè Borghetti
- 25ml Espresso Coffee
- 5ml Volare Sugar Syrup
- Add Mont Blanc Vodka, Caffè Borghetti and the freshly brewed Espresso into a shaker.
- And fill with ice, then give it a good hard shake.
- Strain into the glass (a Coupe is recommended) and serve.
- If you have any at home, add 1 or 2 coffee beans on top to serve
Margarita
- MUNDO - 50
- LIQUEUR BOLS TRIPLE SEC - 20
- Lime juice - 25
- Fill the smaller half of the shaker with ice cubes.
- Wash the lime hot, cut in half, cut off a slice for later decoration, squeeze and add 20 ml lime juice to the shaker.
- Pour the rum and cane sugar syrup over the ice in the shaker.
- Now shake the shaker vigorously and for a long time until a light frosting forms on the outside.
